Fed Poly Idah Procedure For Collection Of IT Completion Certificate By ND/HND Graduates.


I am to inform you that the Management has approved the payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only for collection of Industrial Training (IT) completion certificate by students who satisfactorily completed their one/two year(s) Programme.
The procedure is as follows:
- Payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) for the IT Completion certificate be made into Certificate Account of the FPI Ventures, Zenith Bank through bank teller;
- After payment for the completion certificate through bank teller, obtain a signed print-out from the Zenith bank;
- Present the bank print out to the bursary for collection of Polytechnic receipt
- Attach the following documents to your application to the Directorate of Industrial Training and Development: a) Polytechnic receipt of payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only b) Certificate issued from the place you did your IT.
- Submit the application to the Directorate of Industrial Training and Development with all the attachments.
I am also to inform you that penalty will be meted out to the Graduates who delay the collection of his/her IT completion certificate as at when due.
