Fed Poly Idah Procedure For Collection Of IT Completion Certificate By ND/HND Graduates.

I am to inform you that the Management has approved the payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only for collection of Industrial Training (IT) completion certificate by students who satisfactorily completed their one/two year(s) Programme.

The procedure is as follows:

  1. Payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) for the IT Completion certificate be made into Certificate Account of the FPI Ventures, Zenith Bank through bank teller;
  2. After payment for the completion certificate through bank teller, obtain a signed print-out from the Zenith bank;
  3. Present the bank print out to the bursary for collection of Polytechnic receipt
  4. Attach the following documents to your application to the Directorate of Industrial Training and Development: a) Polytechnic receipt of payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only b) Certificate issued from the place you did your IT.
  5. Submit the application to the Directorate of Industrial Training and Development with all the attachments.

I am also to inform you that penalty will be meted out to the Graduates who delay the collection of his/her IT completion certificate as at when due.
