Cursory: Abraham Segbedzi, a bright student from Assin Manso SHS, seeks financial assistance for a university education, to pursue his dream.of becoming a lawyer. With a single mother supporting their family, he works as a car wash attendant.
Abraham Segbedzi, a former student of Assin Manso Senior High School (SHS), is seeking urgent financial assistance to pursue his dream of attending university.
Despite performing well in the 2021 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) with excellent grades in four subjects and good grades in four others as a General Arts student, financial constraints have prevented him from furthering his education.
Abraham’s mother, a single parent, has been facing financial struggles since the passing of his father over ten years ago, making it difficult for him to continue his studies.
“I come from a family of seven, my dad passed in 2012 and ever since then, mom, who sells Kenkey (local food), has been the one taking care of us”
Presently, Abraham works as a car wash attendant in Madina, Greater Accra Region, where he earns commissions to support his family.
“Now I am a car washer at Madina, Ritz junction, we are paid based on commission and that is what I am doing to support my mum”
His aspiration is to become a lawyer one day. He is appealing to philanthropists, organizations, and compassionate individuals in Ghana to assist him in achieving his educational goals.
