Federal University Birnin Kebbi FUBK notice on registration exercise for 2025/2026 session.


This is to inform all prospective and returning students of the Federal University Birnin Kebbi (FUBK) of the schedule for registration for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
- Registration Dates:
Fresh and Returning Students Registration commences on Monday, 5th January, 2026 and ends on Wednesday 21st February, 2026. - Late Registration Penalty:
All students are strongly advised to complete their registration within the stipulated period. A late registration penalty shall be imposed as follows:
- N5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) for registration completed within one (1) week after the deadline.
- N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) for registration completed within two (2) weeks after the deadline. Registration will NOT be allowed after two weeks from the stipulated deadlines. Students who fail to register within the extended period will be deemed to have forfeited their studentship for the session and will have to defer same through appropriate channels and procedure.
- Mode of Registration:
Registration will be conducted online via the University’s student portal: www.portal.fubk.edu.ng
Detailed guidelines and step-by-step procedures for the registration process will be available on the portal from Monday, 30th December 2025. - Required Documentation:
Fresh Students: Original and photocopies of all academic credentials, admission letter, birth certificate, and other documents as specified in your admission package.
Returning Students: Your valid student ID and evidence of fee payment for the session.
