This notice is for students who were newly admitted into Federal University of Technology Minna (FUTMINNA). The school management has finally released the acceptance fee payment and clearance procedure for 2024/2025 academic session.
FUTMINNA Fresh students should strictly adhere to the steps below.

How to Pay FUTMINNA Acceptance Fee
- Check your admission status by visiting the FUTMINNA Admission List page to retrieve your Student ID.
- Go to the FUTMINNA ePortal.
- Click “Request for New Password” on the login page.
- Enter your Student ID and click “Submit”.
- A page will display your university email address.
- Visit Gmail to access your university email.
- Log in using your university email address and your JAMB Registration Number as the password.
- The system will prompt you to create a new password.
- Check your email inbox for your ePortal password. If it is not there, check the Spam folder.
- Return to the ePortal and log in using your Student ID and the retrieved password.
- Update your personal record on the portal.
- Select “Acceptance Fee” and choose a payment option.
- Complete the payment by submitting the required details.
You may use a debit card or generate an RRR for bank payment.
FUTMINNA Online Clearance Procedure.
After the acceptance fee payment, proceed with the clearance and registration process.
- Log in to the FUTMINNA ePortal if not already logged in.
- Click on “Student Data” and select “Academic Records”.
- Add your O’Level result details and upload all required documents.
- Submit the details by clicking “Submit Now”.
- Wait for the clearance officer to review your submission. This may take up to 24 hours.
- Once cleared, proceed to pay the registration fee on the portal.
Upon successful payment, the system will generate a payment receipt.
Final Steps
Ensure all steps are completed to secure your admission.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Ensure that your scanned documents for upload are in jpeg or jpg format.
- The Dimension for signature must be 150(height) x 170(width) pixels
- The Dimension for other documents must be 500(width) x 680(height) pixels
- Click on ‘Submit Academic Records’ button to submit your data.
- Wait until your status changes to Cleared or Rejected. If Cleared proceed to payment stage but if Rejected, read the reason(s) for rejection.
