Cursory: A young Nigerian man has taken to social media to warn parents not to send their kids to study abroad too early. He listed a lot of negative effects it will have on the family.

A young man identified as Dave Partner has warned African parents about the dangers of sending their children abroad to study at an early age.
In an advisory video making the rounds online, he said any parent who sends their kids to school in other countries too early has lost them forever.
According to Dave, the number of times they may see their son or daughter again might not be up to 10 times before they die.
He said the fact that some people are rich enough to send their wards to US, UK or Canada does not mean they should do it when they are still minors.
He explained that they get accustomed to the new society they are living in, and embrace a foreign culture that is alien to that of an African home.
The business trainer said one of the factors which influence a child’s change in character is what he learns in school, either from teachers of his fellow students.
Dave Partner said that the parents might only be able to see them when they graduate or after getting married to a white lady.
He further said that they would also not be interested in taking over the family business because they did not learn anything about it from their mum or dad.
The man stressed that there are a lot of things that change the child overseas which are enough to make them become distant and detached from their roots.

officialfairtrade; Since I dey follow this blog na today be the only dey he post better content
aku_bu_king; He said pure truth and made a lot of sense. What’s a child of 13 doing on tiktok ?
olamilekan_money.a; Your talk good oo but not the best way, you’re just talking to a set not all…. Imagine your kids in America when dey reach 15 and dey no gree come back.. dey con born there and living life forever there.. now think about it
jojo_stan_ballo_5; And who told u is all parents that want to be with their kids…don’t you know we have trouble
kidsoobiniyi; I don’t agree with all he said. Some of these things are natural and you can’t help it. It depends on the family and the intention of the parents. There are people who fell out of family even within the same country or states. We all want different things
chisom_; I’m in the US buh can’t wait for my son to turn 10 so he can go back to Nigeria and do high school. Raising a kid here is scary 😢
57interiors; This doesnt make sense, you are speaking from just one perspective, which is too shallow minded. All of these can still happen in your home country, the foundation is always to create discipline and family values in your children.
