The Lagos State Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) is now admitting students into its CAREGIVER ACADEMY for the training of Caregivers. Applications will now be accepted from suitable, qualified candidates interested in this program for the academic session which begins in 2025.

LASUTH Admission into Certificate Course In Caregiving Entry Requirements
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must possess the following qualifications or equivalents of five (5) O’ Level Credit passes including English Language and Mathematics.
AGE PREFERENCE: Applicants must be within the age bracket of 25-55years
DURATION OF COURSE:
This is a 4 month certificate programme with two batches (regular and executive) for each academic session: Regular Batch – Classes hold only during week days.
Executive Batch – Classes hold at weekends.
There is also an option of international certification with a UK Caregiver Academy at an extra cost.
How to Apply For LASUTH Admission into Certificate Course In Caregiving
Interested and qualified candidates should obtain an application form at the Workforce, Planning & Recruitment Office, MRC Building, LASUTH. Completed application forms should be submitted along with photocopies of applicant’s credentials, curriculum vitae (CV), two (2) recent passport photographs on a white background, WAEC/SSCE/NECO certificate or printout of result slip.

Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos, for screening purposes. Successful candidates will be invited to provide their original copies of relevant certificates for screening during an oral interview.
CLOSING DATE : Application starts on Monday, 13th October 2025, then closes on Friday, 31st October 2025.
