Nigerian Genius Graduates with 4.95 CGPA, Earns Full Scholarship to Harvard University

Abu-Hurairah Mahadi, a top-performing Computer Science graduate from Ahmadu Bello University with a 4.95 CGPA, earned a full scholarship to Harvard University, received additional support from the Kaduna State Government and NITDA, and was appointed Special Assistant to inspire academic excellence.

Abu-Hurairah Mahadi, a remarkable Nigerian student, graduated as the overall best student of Ahmadu Bello University with a near-perfect 4.95 out of 5.00 CGPA in Computer Science. His academic brilliance not only earned him top honors at the university but also secured him a fully funded scholarship to pursue a master’s degree at Harvard University in the United States.

Recognizing his outstanding performance, the Kaduna State Government extended additional support, awarding him scholarships to both Harvard and the University of Cambridge. He was also appointed as a Special Assistant in the state government upon completion of his studies abroad.

In a further show of support, the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) gifted Mahadi a brand-new HP laptop to aid his academic journey. Governor Uba Sani stated that Mahadi’s recognition aims to inspire other young Nigerians to pursue excellence.

Expressing gratitude, Mahadi thanked his family, friends, classmates, and well-wishers for their encouragement and support throughout his journey.
