A young and brilliant Nigerian Lady, Nneka Praise Okoro has bagged a first-class Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom.


Praise who took to her Linkedin handle to celebrate her unique academic achievement explained that the Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering was awarded to her after 5 years of study at the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
Praise who has passion for Technology, Structures, Sustainability, and Finance joined the University of Edinburgh in 2017 and achieved a 1st Class Masters Degree In Civil Engineering after 5 years.
“Just graduated with a 1st Class Masters Degree In Civil Engineering from The University of Edinburgh,” she wrote on Linkedin.

She expressed gratitude to everyone that has supported her throughout her academic journey. “This journey has been 5 years In the making and I cannot thank everyone enough for how much they have supported me along the way. It really takes a family,” she said.
During her time at the University of Edinburgh, Praise served as the Secretary of the University of Edinburgh Engineering Society and Vice President of The University of Edinburgh Nigerian Society.
Praise now works at Arcadis, a leading global Design & Engineering Consultancy for natural and built assets. She is on their GROW Civil and Structural Engineering Graduate Programme.
