Nigerians US-based musician, named Oretayo Fatokun also known as Tystringz has revealed his latest academic breakthrough after he graduated with a First Class Degree in Information Technology (IT) from Loyal University, Chicago.


The Texas-based Nigerian artiste, is proving that that music and brains can mix easily contrary to stereotype.
In many cases, quite a lot of musicians embrace their art alone foreclosing any chance to juggle with other career endeavours.
Not Tystringz, the dreadlocks adorning singer who hails from Kogi State. The multi-talented instrumentalist and songbird is changing the narrative that it is possible for successful career professionals to venture into the music terrain and excel in both.
Tystringz has just graduated First Class Degree in Information Technology (IT) from Loyal University, Chicago.

He scored a cumulative CGPA of 3.933 in his Master of Science (Msc) at the Chicago based institution.
The singer’s skills as a Cloud Engineer has been courted by tech giants such as Microsoft among other top brands.
From his formative years, the singer has been shaped by different cultures. Born 28 years ago by a father who hails from Oyo State and an Ebira mother from Kogi, Tystringz grew up in Sango-Otta, Ogun State.
He began his Primary education at King Solomon Academy, Sango-Ota, a school owned by his Grandparents. After, he proceeded to Ambassadors College and later went to study Computer Science at Covenant University, Otta where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in 2013. Still motivated, he went to pursue his Masters Degree in Computer Science at Loyola University Chicago in 2015 and graduated in May 2016.
His new accomplishment comes just as the multi-talented singer releases visuals to his latest single, a love song entitled Faraway. The self-taught producer and multi-instrumentalist appeals to lovers in his new song.
