Nigerians have reacted to a viral video of some senior secondary school students writing the National Examination Council Exam (NECO) in the night with candles.
The students reportedly from Delta state, wrote the exam late in the night because their exam question paper arrived around 5pm, against the 10am it was supposed to arrive.
Sadly due to the power outage, the students had to use candles to write the exams and the development elicited condemnation from Nigerians.
