A Nigerian lady has shared her overwhelming excitement after being posted to the very secondary school where she graduated years ago for her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
The corps member, identified on TikTok as @solatybilqees, revealed that she was assigned to Government Junior College, Agege, Lagos, a school that holds many fond memories for her. According to her, the posting felt like life had come full circle, bringing her back to the same classrooms and corridors where her academic journey first took shape.
In a video she posted online, she could be seen smiling and interacting warmly with the students, clearly enjoying her new role as a teacher and mentor. She expressed that the experience was deeply nostalgic, adding that there was no greater feeling than giving back to the institution that laid the foundation for her growth.
The young lady also noted that she is very pleased with her Place of Primary Assignment (PPA), as it allows her to reconnect with her past while inspiring the younger generation currently walking the same path she once did. Her story has since resonated with many who described the experience as a rare and sentimental privilege.
