Qudus Ayomide Olaosebikan graduated with First Class Honours as the Best Graduating Law Student from Ekiti State University, earning multiple awards for academic excellence, leadership, and innovation.


Qudus Ayomide Olaosebikan has made headlines after graduating with First Class Honours in Law from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti. Not only did he earn the highly coveted distinction, but he also emerged as the Best Graduating Student from the Faculty of Law with an exceptional CGPA of 4.62—one of the highest in the faculty’s history.
Olaosebikan’s academic feat is the result of eight semesters of sustained excellence, never falling below a 4.4 GPA in any semester. His academic journey was marked by consistent high performance, including scoring over 80% in Law of Tort. Beyond academics, Olaosebikan demonstrated outstanding leadership, serving in various capacities including Chief Judge of the Law Students’ Judicial Council and Vice President of the Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria, EKSU branch.
His excellence extended to several accolades, including the Law Students’ Society Judges’ Award of Excellence (2022 & 2023), Bookworm of the Year (2023), and the Raymond Zard Award for ranking first among the top 10 highest CGPA holders in 2020/2021. He also led his team to victory in the LGIC 2024 Competition and was a top 20 finalist in the Age of the Legal Scholar Law School Scholarship Competition.


In recognition of his brilliance, Olaosebikan is a 2025 recipient of the Nigerian Law School Scholarship, sponsored by the SEND A CHILD 2 SCHOOL AFRICA initiative and the Joseph & Oreoluwa Agbomoagan Foundation. He gained practical legal experience through internships at renowned firms including J.O. Fabunmi & Co., The Law Crest LLP, D.A Idah Advocate, and Harlem Solicitors.
Apart from his legal pursuits, Olaosebikan is passionate about mentoring and technology, having studied software development at SQI ICT and Aptech. His journey exemplifies a blend of academic excellence, leadership, and innovation.
