Realtor Awards Land Plots to Top Graduates at UNILORIN Convocation

At UNILORIN’s 39th convocation, Ayoola Kehinde, founder of Kenkid Land and Contracts, awarded land plots to the overall best graduate, Akinsanya Ayodeji, and the top Mass Communication graduate, Adam Mosadioluwa, to honor their academic achievements and encourage excellence.

Ayoola Kehinde, founder and managing director of Kenkid Land and Contracts, awarded a plot of land each to UNILORIN’s 2022/2023 overall best graduate, Akinsanya Ayodeji, and the top graduate from the Mass Communication department, Adam Mosadioluwa, in recognition of their academic achievements at the university’s 39th convocation.

The plots, each measuring 153 square meters, are located in the New York City Estate, Oke-Oyi, Kwara State. Ayodeji, a Mathematics graduate, earned a CGPA of 4.97/5.00, while Mosadioluwa, from Mass Communication, graduated with a CGPA of 4.39/5.00.

At the property documentation ceremony, Kehinde explained that the gesture aimed to encourage academic excellence, emphasizing that the company celebrates achievements over societal glorification of negative activities. He also highlighted Kenkid’s ties to UNILORIN, with many staff being alumni of the university, particularly from the Mass Communication department.

The awardees expressed gratitude for the recognition and urged the company to continue the initiative annually to motivate students across institutions to pursue academic excellence.
