A Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) student gained viral attention after addressing a statue of Tai Solarin, pleading on behalf of students for a reduction in school fees.
In the TikTok video, the student stands before the statue, passionately asking the late educator to “find a way” to ease the financial burden on TASUED students.
She is heard saying, “Our father, Tai Solarin, you may not know me, but I know you well. Our school fees are too high; I plead with you, please reduce it.”
