University of Ibadan (UI) Notice to Newly Admitted Students for 2018/2019 Session.


This notice is for all fresh students of University of Ibadan (UI).
In accordance with the approved 2018/19 Academic calendar, newly admitted students (100 level and Direct Entry) are expected to come into residence from Saturday, 15 June, 2019 in readiness for the Orientation programme which is scheduled to start on Monday, 17 June, 2019. It is compulsory for all students to attend all sessions of the Orientation.
Furthermore, registration for courses will commence on Monday, 24 June 2019. Only students who have paid their school fees and other dues can access the registration portal.
For new students to be able to register after paying their school fees, they should report in the Admissions Office to collect an Authority to Pay (ATP), which will enable them to access the Registration portal.
Collection of the ATP will commence from Monday, 17 June, 2019 (9.00 a.m – 3.30 p.m daily).
The following documents should be submitted at the point of collecting the ATP:
- JAMB Admission Letter (marked Institution copy)
- Two (2) recent passport photographs
- Two (2) copies of JAMB result slip
- A completed JAMB Form 003
- Two (2) Reference Letters from reputable persons (letters should be on a letter head paper)
