Here are Universities in Canada that do not require IELTS in 2022

The International English Language Testing System, is an international standardized test of English language proficiency for non-native English language speakers. It is jointly managed by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge Assessment English, and was established in 1989.
While Nigeria’s official language is English, some Universities in Canada still require English Language. However, there are exceptions, and we will list them out.
Note: If you studied in Nigeria, you can submit a waiver if the school is asking for IELTS. We will show you a sample waiver letter.

Then you can submit an IELTS waiver/ exemption letter by requesting one from your school in Nigeria.

If you are unable to get a waiver from your school in Nigeria, then check if your Nigerian institution is on http://whed.net/home.php. If it is, email the school directly and ask that they check your institution on WHED. Also, let them know your primary language is English.
