UNIZIK Pre-science Form 2025: Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka (UNIZIK) Pre-Science Admission Form for 2024/2025 Academic Session is now on sale. This is the UNIZIK Pre-Degree Form. The Form cost N10,000.

Candidates Eligible to Apply for UNIZIK Pre-Science Admission.

The minimum academic qualification is five O’ Level credits which will include English, Mathematics and any other three relevant science subjects in SSCE, NECO, GCE and NABTEB at not more than two sittings. The candidate must also satisfy the basic O’Level requirements for the department into which he or she is seeking admission. For example where Chemistry is a basic requirement as in the case of Medicine the candidate must satisfy that requirement at O’Level.

The form can be purchased in any of the banks nationwide at a cost of N10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand naira) only. Candidates are advised to follow the Procedures below;

Login to UNIZIK website Click on generate invoice
Proceed to bank for payment
After payment login/click on Pre-Science
Click on fill application form
Enter your remita number and complete your registration
Submit print and proceed to the Pre-Science office for your documentation/payment of school fees/other fees and hostel accommodation (where applicable)
