The Vice Chancellor, Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman of Nasarawa State University has presented cheque to best entrepreneurship students.


In a committed effort to encourage students of the Department of Entrepreneurship, the Vice-Chancellor Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman FELLOW: UNESCO, ACLS, FIIFPN has presented Start-Up Capital to the 3 Best Graduating Students of the Department.
Presenting the Cheques to the students in her office, the Vice-Chancellor charged the students to venture into businesses that would add value to make them employers of labour. She also tasked them to persevere knowing fully well the terrain they are stepping in and also not to allow the harsh economic climate to deter them from doing their best.
Presenting the students to the Vice-Chancellor, the Head of the Department, Dr. Monica Nnenna Agu explained that Reumah Pius is the Best Graduating Student with a CGPA of 4.24, while Dorcas Gambo and Isah Ashafa came in as the second best with the same CGPA of 4.04.
The Highlight of the event was the presentation of the Cheques to the graduating students by the Vice-Chancellor supported by the Head of the Department and other staff of the Department.
