His post reads:

I remember when we were very young in primary school when my friends would say “if I slap you eh, you will fly to London”

“Well… the long-awaited slap has been given.

“I am glad to announce my offer to study entrepreneurship and innovation at the Best university in London and 8th best in the world UCL! (According to QS ranking).

“Albinitio, I started my career with a very passionate spirit:

“Graduated the best student in my secondary school, had perfect scores in maths competitions, 8 distinctions in WAEC and 320/400 in jamb mock.

“My parents saw the academic passion and forced me to study oil and gas Engineering (may be to help the family live a better life from the slum in mushin)

“Went into Petroleum Training Institute Nigeria, had 12As and 1B on the entry level, graduated with a first-class and second best in the department.

“Got a direct entry into the University of Lagos to study Chemical and Petroleum Engineering as one of the only 5 applicants from other technicals school in my department.

“When I experienced oil/gas industry during my compulsory internships, I didn’t enjoy what I was doing.

“Hence, I explored several options… till I found my real passion in Entrepreneurship in 300 level. Consequently, I started attending management classes and was unserious with my course of study (Engineering)

“I made a U-turn immediately and started my career life again (🥺)

“Founded EFICO EDTECH RESOURCES in 400 level to help undergraduates and fresh graduates.

“Personally, I used the covid-19 lockdown period to unschool school, learnt valuable skills and helped students their find purpose (at least to prevent them from the mistakes I made) and equipped them with the capacities for schorlaships and internship opportunities whose impact have been valued over $300,000.

“Got passionate about climate advocacy and Real Estate. Hence, Pioneered the Save The Climate Project (https://lnkd.in/dGqGcQQs)

and founded another company —A real estate venture Efico (Green) Real Estate Consult to advise and provide affordable landed properties for people in Lagos.

“Got a fully funded scholarship to Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University .

“Started being recognized for my hardwork by some relevant bodies. Hence, I started scooping multiple awards and media invites.

“It’s not as easy as I narrated, but one thing was sure…

“I was ready to disappointed my father who thought I went astray because I drifted from the original plan of being an oil/gas tycoon (at least that which Legit.ng described me as after I shared my intention of partnering to give scholarships to third class students).”
