Yobe State University, YSU matriculation ceremony date for 2025/2026 academic session has been announced .

This is to notify you that the 2025/2026 (Academic session) Matriculation exercise has been scheduled to hold on Tuesday, 31st March, 2026 at 10:00am in the Ibrahim Gaidam Hall of the University.

By a copy of this letter, the Dean, Student Affairs, is directed to make all the necessary preparations and to issue matriculation gowns to all concerned as usual; while the Director, Information, is to give wide coverage to the ceremony.

Furthermore, the provost, College of Medical sciences and Deans of Faculties and all Heads of Department are required to prepare their respective matriculating students to partake in the exercise in order to legitimise their membership of the university community as required by law.
