Continuing her academic excellence at Edward Waters, Baptiste also participated actively in campus life. She took a brief hiatus to join the United States Army, where she performed exceptionally well, and remarkably, this did not delay her studies—she graduated alongside her peers the same year.
Baptiste graduated Summa Cum Laude and was the second-highest-ranked student in her class. Among her achievements, she received the Highest Student Government Association GPA Award, was named to the President’s List five times, the Provost’s List, and the Dean’s List. She also received the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) Scholarship in Spring 2019, served as an Orientation Workshop Leader, and held the position of Sophomore Class Vice President in the Student Government Association for 2019-2020.
Baptiste is set to pursue a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, United States.
