A 21-year-old girl identified as Zindzi Thompson, who started her university education at an incredible age of 13 has become the youngest black female graduate of medicine in the United States of America (USA).


The exceptional 21-year-old girl finished her medical school at such age despite being required to have a Bachelor’s Degree before qualifying to become a Doctor.
At a very young age of 13, she enrolled for university at Mary Baldwin University in Virginia, USA and concluded her degree program at the age of 16.
After her university degree, she enrolled at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, USA.
A few years after her enrollment in Medical school, she has concluded her Medical studies the incredible age of 21 and has broken the record by becoming the youngest black female doctor in the United States.

Reacting to her exceptional feat, Zindzi recalled that she has always wanted to be a doctor for as long as she could remember.
According to her parent, she has wanted to become a doctor since she was 3 years old.
“She’s wanted to be a doctor since she was 3 years old and we saw that she was a little bit different starting at three. So since she was three, she’s worked towards this goal,” Machelle Thompson (Zindzi’s mother) said.
Throughout her study in the university and in medical school, Zindzi enjoyed the support of her parent and the institutions.
