Following her retirement from JCPenney, Angeline pursued her lifelong dream of higher education, overcoming significant challenges and a lack of initial computer skills. Despite being intimidated and tempted to quit, her determination, along with support from her professors and family, kept her going.

Angeline reflects on her achievement with pride, noting that it has given her a sense of completeness she long desired. She initially had to leave Alabama State University due to financial difficulties but has now fulfilled her academic aspirations.
