Federal University Of Health Sciences, Azare FUHSA Post UTME Screening Date For the 2022/2023 Academic Session has been announced.
The management wishes to invite all candidates to a Post UTME test and screening exercise for 2022 UTME candidates ONLY. Therefore, all candidates who applied to FUHSA as first choice are invited which is scheduled as follows:

2. Candidates should ensure to do the following tasks unfailingly before the exercise:
- Upload their ‘O’ Level on JAMB CAPS otherwise their admission will not be processed.
- Bring evidence of Change to the Course/Institution to FUHSA as first choice.
- Bring originals and photocopies of their Academic Credentials for the screening exercise.
- Bring one (1) Passport Photograph.
- Bring Writing materials for the Test.
- Bring scratch cards of the ‘O’ Level examination they are submitting.
- Payment of N2000 Screening Fee at the Venue.
How To Pay FUHSA Post UTME Screening Fee.
The Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare wishes to inform all 2022 Candidates for Post UTME Test and Screening exercise to kindly make payment of N2,000.00 (Two thousand naira only to our Remita profile as follows:
- Log into www.remita.net
- Search for Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare
- Find Name of Service “Examination Fees”
- Fill-in the details to include candidate name, phone number and email as registered for the 2022 UTME.
- Use any random number for the GIFMIS code.
- Make payment and print the RRR receipt or Generate invoice and pay at any bank.
All candidates should ensure to come along with the RRR receipt as evidence of payment to the venue.
