BASUG Physical Screening Date 2025/2026 Announced [2nd Batch]

I am pleased to invite candidates (shortlisted on second batch) for physical screening for admissions into the undergraduate programmes of Sa’adu Zungur University for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

The shortlisted candidates are to note that, the physical screening commences Monday 8th September, 2025 at the respective campuses where the programmes are domiciled. Candidates are to also note that, the physical screening closes Monday 22nd September, 2025.

Therefore, candidates are, advised to visit the University portal at www.sazu.edu.ng for the list.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PHYSICAL SCREENING

All shortlisted candidates should come along with the following at the point of physical screening.

• Original & photocopy of all credentials
  • Computer printout of SSCE Result
  • JAMB Result
  • Online Screening Form
  • 2 Passport Photographs
  • Scratch Card for verification of O’ Level result.
• Candidates must ensure that they upload their O’ Level on JAMB Portal at any JAMB accredited Centre before coming.
• Two (2) days after a successful screening, candidates should check JAMB Portal to accept and print their JAMB Admission Letters.
• Only candidates who accepted their admission at JAMB will be uploaded on the school portal for BASUG admission.

BASUG Physical Screening.

Candidates are to report at the designated campuses as follows:

1. GADAU CAMPUS:
2. Faculty of Science
3. Faculty of Arts
4. Faculty of Education
5. Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences
6. Faculty of Agriculture
7. Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences

1. MISAU CAMPUS:
   • Faculty of Law
2. BAUCHI CAMPUS:
   • Faculty of Social Sciences
   • Faculty of Management Sciences.

NB:  All candidates must come along with:

1. Originals and photocopies of their credentials for the screening exercise.

2. One (1) passport photograph

3. Scratch cards of the O’level examination they are submitting.

UTME Candidates: All candidates who saw there name on the UTME Merit List are hereby invited for the Physical screening.

Direct Entry Candidates: All candidates who saw there name on the Direct Entry Merit List are hereby invited for the Physical screening.
