MOUAU Post UTME Form 2026/2027 is Out [UPDATED]

The Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU) Post UTME Form for 2026/2027 session is now on sale.

All candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2026/2027 JAMB UTME and made the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU) their first (1st) choice are eligible. Candidates who chose applied to other Universities could change to MOUAU as their first (1st) choice at JAMB Portal and then apply accordingly.

NB: MOUAU is a Federal University located in Umudike, Abia State.

The candidates should note that the offer of admission exercise is on the basis of first come first served.  However, those who did not choose MOUAU as their University of first choice should immediately effect a change of institution to Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State via JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)

Candidates awaiting 2026 WAEC/NECO results are advised not to register until these results are available, to avoid the need for updates.

NOTE:  All UTME or Direct Entry candidates in the 2026/2027 admission exercise MUST reload their O’Level results used for screening into their JAMB PROFILES in order to facilitate their admission.  Candidates should visit any JAMB accredited CBT Centre to do so.

Any Candidate who fails to comply with this directive cannot be available for admission.

Candidates Eligible to Apply for MOUAU Post-UTME Form.

• All candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2026/2027 UTME examinations and made Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike their first choice are eligible.
• Candidates who want to change into any of the programmes of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike should immediately apply through the Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) of JAMB.
• Candidates awaiting 2026 WAEC/NECO results are advised not to register until these results are available, to avoid the need for updates
• Interested candidates for MICROBIOLOGY are informed that the programme now has full accreditation by National Universities Commission (NUC).
• Applicants who wish to change to MOUAU should visit the link https://mouau.edu.ng/academic-department-by-faculty/ to view the courses offered by MOUAU before proceeding to apply.

NOTE:

• Agribusiness has been added to the list of MOUAU courses on JAMB CAPS for 2026/2027 admissions.
• Interested candidates with the correct JAMB subject combination and O’Level requirements can apply for PUTME screening following the steps already advertised for supplementary admission.
• The O/Level subject requirements for Agribusiness: English Language, Mathematics, Economics, Agriculture or Biology and any other one subject from (i) Government/ History/ Civil Education (ii) Principles of Accounts (iii) Geography (iv) CRK.
• The combination of two results of GCE O/L, SSCE and NECO is accepted provided it gives a candidate at least five subjects.
• UTME SUBJECTS: English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other subject from Agriculture, Government, Principles of Accounts/ Civil Education, CRK Geography.

How to Apply for MOUAU Post UTME Form.

• Candidates are to visit the University website at mouau.edu.ng
• Click on the 2026/2027 Admission Screening banner.
• Click on the Buttons Below
• Enter the JAMB Registration Number
• Enter a valid email address and valid Phone number of the Candidate or guardian for records and Contact purposes.
• This leads you to the Remita Payment Platform (RRR) where an RRR number is generated with which payment of N2000.00 will be made. Payment can be made by debit/credit card or by taking your RRR number to any bank nationwide and depositing cash. Return to the Website to continue your registration.
• Transaction charge(s) apply please: If you encounter any challenge(s) after payment, kindly send an email to the University Portal Office at [email protected]
• After payment kindly click on the link below to validate your payment https://portal.mouau.edu.ng/remita/query-remita/ and then after validation click on this link below to proceed with the registration process https://portal.mouau.edu.ng/registration/putme/jamb-no-verification
• Register by filling out an online Application form and selecting the proposed Department and other requisite details.
• Candidates are required to input their O’Level qualifying details for WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results obtained in not more than two sittings, indicating the type of Exam, Year of Result, Scratch card details (PIN and Serial Number on the card)
• Fetch results from examining body (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB)
• Kindly note that O’Level results and number of sittings are weighted.
• Confirm that the WAEC/NECO/NABTEB result fetched is correct before submission of form.
• Candidates awaiting 2026 WAEC/NECO are advised not to register till these results are available to avoid problems
• Note: Some fields are prefilled and cannot be changed
• Fill out the form, submit and take a print-out after executing the Submit button. The system sends a copy of the submitted forms to your email for records.
• Kindly note that the University is not liable for any wrong information entered by candidates.
• Candidates are advised to check the University portal for their screening test results 14 working days after registration.
• Candidates should regularly check the website for further information on their admission status.

MOUAU Mode of Screening.

ADMISSION STATUS: Candidates should regularly check the University website for further information on their admission status.  Candidates are strictly advised not to pay money to any person except fees as approved by MOUAU in the advert as the University does not charge any money for candidates to obtain admission.
