Prempeh College has touched down in the United States to compete in the prestigious 2024 ROBOFEST World Championship.
This annual robotics competition welcomes students from the fourth grade through tertiary level to showcase their innovation and technical skills.
Set to take place at Lawrence Technological University in Michigan, USA, this year’s championship promises to be a platform for intellectual and technological exchange among young minds.
A video shared on Prempeh College’s Facebook page captures the exciting moment of their arrival in the US. Sporting their iconic green blazers, the Prempeh College team exudes confidence and enthusiasm, garnering attention from fellow travelers at the airport.
Accompanying the video is a message of encouragement: “We Outside! Our boys have successfully landed in Michigan to begin the World Robofest Competition. We wish them the best. SUBAN NE NIMDEƐ.”
In a show of solidarity, the US Embassy in Ghana extends support to Prempeh College and other Ghanaian schools participating in the championship.
