BUK Notification on Refund of NELFUND Loan to Beneficiary Students (Institutional Fees).


This is to inform the students who had earlier paid their registration fees and now were among the successful candidates that secured the NELFUND Loan that they should report to the Bursary Department for verification and refund of their Institutional fees as paid by NELFUND.
LATEST UPDATE: NELFund Refund: Important Notice to Second Batch Beneficiaries
The Management of Bayero University Kano wishes to inform all NELfund second batch beneficiaries who are eligible for refund that the refund process is now open.
To receive their refund, eligible beneficiaries are required to submit their account details through the following steps:
- Login to your registration account via the registration portal
- Click on the NELfund refund menu
- Submit your account details.
Affected students should be noted that:
Only account details of the beneficiary will be accepted; third- party accounts are not acceptable.
■ Only second batch NELfund eligible beneficiaries are considered for this refund.
■ Submission of wrong account details will lead to problems and delays in the refund process.
The deadline for submission of account details is from Monday, 16th December 2024 to Tuesday, 31st December 2024.
We urge all eligible beneficiaries to adhere to the deadline and follow the submission guidelines carefully to avoid any inconveniences.
