This is to inform the general public that the Management of College of Nursing Sciences, Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Kware, Sokoto has approved the sale of admission forms for the following programmes:

BASIC MIDWIFERY

• Duration of Programme: 3 Years
• Entry Requirements:
  • A minimum of five (5) O’level Credits in:
    • a) English
    • b) Mathematics
    • c) Biology
    • d) Chemistry
    • e) Physics
  • Obtained in not more than two sittings from WAEC and/or NECO.
  • NABTEB stands alone and cannot be combined with another certificate.
• Sale of Forms: From Friday, 17th January to Friday, 21st February, 2025
• Entrance Examination (CBT):
  • Date: Saturday, 1st March, 2025 at 8:00 AM
  • Venue: Blue Crescent Schools, Mabera Sokoto
• Interview:
  • Date: Monday, 3rd March, 2025
  • Venue: Academic Building, College of Nursing Sciences, FNPH Kware, Sokoto
  • Time: 8:00 AM

POST BASIC MENTAL HEALTH-PSYCHIATRIC NURSING

• Duration of Programme: 18 Calendar Months
• Entry Requirements:
  • A minimum of five (5) O’level Credits in:
    • a) English
    • b) Mathematics
    • c) Biology
    • d) Chemistry
    • e) Physics
  • Obtained in not more than two sittings from WAEC and/or NECO.
  • NABTEB stands alone and cannot be combined with another certificate.
  • General Nursing Certificate (RN) registered by the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria
• Sale of Forms: From Friday, 17th January to Friday, 14th March, 2025
• Entrance Examination & Selection Interview: Details to be communicated to applicants via SMS.

How to Apply for Federal NeuroPsychiatric Hospital, Kware Admission Form

• Forms can be accessed in the Admission Office of the College after paying a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) at the Accounts and Finance Department of the Hospital.
• Note: No agent is authorized to collect payment or issue admission forms on behalf of the College.
