Simeon Ogunbunmi, a first-class graduate of electrical and computer engineering from LAUTECH, Nigeria, has earned a fully funded scholarship to pursue a master’s and PhD at Binghamton University, New York, U.S.
After aspiring to study abroad, he applied to several prestigious universities, receiving admission offers from Boston University, the University of New Haven, and Binghamton University, ultimately choosing Binghamton.
Simeon expressed gratitude to his family, mentors, and undergraduate supervisor for their support. In 2024, he completed his master’s degree with a 4.00 GPA and is now continuing his PhD in electrical and computer engineering at the same institution.
