Adamawa State College of Health Tech Admission Form 2026/2027 is Out [UPDATED]

Adamawa State College of Health Technology (ASCOHT) admission form for the 2026/2027 academic session has been announced. Registration Closes on 30th March 2026.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for Admission into Adamawa state college of Health Technology Michika for 2026/2027 session. The available courses are as follows;

ASCOHT AVAILABLE COURSES

• ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNOLOGIST (EHT) (ND) DURATION:TWO (2) YEARS
• NATIONAL DIPLOMA EPIDEMIOLOGY & DISEASE CONTROL (ND) DURATION: TWO (2) YEARS
• PHARMACY TECHNICIAN(PHT) (ND) DURATION: THREE (3) YEARS
• HND ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNOLOGIST (HND) DURATION: TWO (2) YEARS
• HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (HIM) (ND) DURATION: TWO (2) YEARS
• DIPLOMA IN COMPUTER SCIENCE – DURATION: TWO (2) YEARS
• COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKER (CHEW, ABRIDGEMENT) (OND) DURATION: SIX (6) MONTHS
• JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKER (ICHEW) CERTIFICATE – DURATION: TWO (2) YEARS
• DIPLOMA HEALTH PROMOTION AND EDUCATION (DHPE) ND DURATION: TWO (2) YEARS
• DIPLOMA NUTRITION AND DIETETICS (NUD) (ND) DURATION: TWO (2) YEARS
• DIPLOMA IN PHYSIOTHERAPY (ND) DURATION: THREE (3) YEARS
• HND PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING (HND) DURATION: TWO (2) YEARS FOR ONLY REGISTERED NURSES

Adamawa State College of Health Tech Entry Requirements

• All Diploma/National Diploma/Higher National Diploma courses is five (5) credit passes in basic science subjects in NECO, WAEC, GCE. In not more than two sittings All Certificate courses is Four (4) passes which must include English and Mathematics plus two Science subject (Biology Chemistry.
• Health Science or Integrated science) and two passes in any other two subjects in NECO, WAEC, GCE, GRADE II. or NAETEB. In not more than two sittings

Meanwhile, the following courses accept NECO, WAEC, GCE. GRADE II, or NABTEB

• Diploma in nutrition and Dietetics (NUD)
• Diploma In Environmental Health (EVT) Diploma In Social Work (DSW) NB:
• Holders of Environmental Health Assistant (EHA), JUNIOR Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW), Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA), Certificate in Health Education (CHE/STIPC) and Pharmacy Assistant Certificate (PAC) who have basic requirements for Diploma, and one year post qualification experience can be admitted into 200 level of the HPC, and EVT Programme.

Interested candidates should log on to https://ascoht.admissions.cloud/ to begin their Application.

1. ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

• Click on new application
• Enter your full name and valid phone number which will be used for subsequent communication with you.

2. LOGIN

• Use your phone number as your username and password to login

3. PAYMENT

• Generate RRR and make the payment of (N6,500.00) in any bank of your choice but preferably Zenith Bank or Union Bank.

4. CHOICE OF PROGRAMME

• After payment you login and select the choice of your programme from the list available.

5. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• You are expected to enter not more than two sittings of O’level results in addition to, direct entry applicants are expected to enter the certificate obtained and the institution attended with date.

6. UPLOADING YOUR PASSPORT

• You are required to upload your recent passport photograph with JPEG format.

7. SUBMIT APPLICATION

• Click on “submit” after filling all the necessary information.

8. PRINTING OF APPLICATION FORM

• The serial number on your form is your application ID as well as your username for login

CLOSING DATE: The online application for 2026/2027 Academic Session will commence from 2nd February, 2026 to 30th March, 2026.
