MICOHEST Admission Form 2026/2027 is Out [UPDATED]

Misau College of Health Science and Technology admission form for the 2026/2027 academic session has been announced. Form cost N6,500.

This is to inform the general public that, online sale of admission forms into the various accredited programmes of Misau College of Health Science and Technology for the 2026/2027 Academic Session commences on Monday, 23rd March, 2026.

AVAILABLE PROGRAMMES/COURSES

Below are the available programmes/courses

• Certificate in Community Health (JCHEW)
• Diploma in Community Health/CHEW (Fresh and Retrainee)
• Diploma in Medical X-ray and Imaging Technology (XRT)
• National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Professional Diploma in Health Information Management (HIM)

MICOHEST ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidates applying for JCHEW must possess three (3) O level credits in English, Mathematics, Biology and passes in two (2) other subjects at not more than two sittings

2. Candidates applying for Community Health Extension Workers (CHEW), Diploma in Medical X-ray and Imaging Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Professional Diploma in Health Information Management and National Diploma in Public Health must possess at lest five (5) O level credits which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings

How to apply for MICOHEST Admission Form

• Interested candidates should visit the college website at www.micohest.edu.ng and click on “Apply Now”
• Then click on ‘New Application, enter your name and a valid phone number and click on ‘Create My Account. You will be redirected to the login page.
• Use the phone number you entered earlier as your username as well as password to log in. A successful login will take you to the welcome page. Confirm your information on the page, enter your phone number and email address and then proceed to select a payment method. Make payment of N6,500 using transfer, card, USSD or Visa QR.
• After successful payment, fill and submit your application. Your application page will be displayed. The serial number on your slip is your Application ID as well as your login username. Finally, click on ‘Print Application’ to print it.

Note: All applicants will be required to sit for an Entrance Examination.
