AAU EKPOMA Launches ICT-Driven Transcript Dispatch Office: Setting New Standards In Efficiency and Innovation.
In a groundbreaking move to revolutionize service delivery, the Acting Vice Chancellor, Prof. Sunday Olowo-Samuel, has granted immediate approval for the establishment and relocation of the Transcript Dispatch Office to the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
This step is a key component of the ICT-IMPACT 7 initiative, presented to the university, which aims to enhance operations through innovative, ICT-driven systems.
Key Changes with Immediate Effect:
- Centralization of Transcript Dispatch Activities: The ICT Directorate now fully oversees all transcript dispatch activities, ensuring a more streamlined and efficient process.
- Abolition of Manual Transcript Collection: Effective immediately, manual collection of transcripts by applicants or their representatives has been discontinued.
- Courier Services for Transcript Dispatch: All transcripts (both student and official copies) will now be dispatched exclusively via accredited courier services. Only courier agents, directly contacted by the applicants, will be authorized to collect transcripts for delivery.

Applicants will benefit from the ability to track their transcript dispatch in real time, receiving full tracking details and notifications, ensuring transparency and reliability throughout the process.
