ASUU’s Yola Zone has condemned the dismissal of around 120 lecturers from multiple universities for participating in the 2021 national strike.


The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Yola Zone, has voiced strong condemnation over the termination of approximately 120 lecturers from various universities for their involvement in the 2021 national strike.
ASUU Yola Zone Coordinator, Dani Mammam, identified the institutions affected, which include the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Lagos State University, Ebonyi State University, Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Prince Abubakar Audu University, and Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University.
