Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, ATBU 21 Courses Gets accreditation, 18 Full accreditation other interim.
The complete Twenty-One (21) courses in Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, (ATBU) Bauchi State, have been accredited by National University Commission (NUC). 18 courses were fully approved while the remaining 4 courses have interim accreditation.
This was disclosed by the University’s Director of Public Relations, Mr Andee Iheme, on Thursday, 6th April, 2018.
According to Iheme, only courses like Accounting, Environmental Management Technology, Mechatronics and Systems Engineering, Metal work Technology, Ecology and Microbiology had interim accreditation.
While courses that have full accreditation includes: Computer and Communication, Electrical /Electronics, Mechanical and Petrochemical Engineering, and others.
The VC ATBU have also promised to make sure the courses with interim accreditation gets full accreditation.
