Ede Poly gets accreditation for 34 courses

The management of Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State, has announced granting of full accreditation for 34 courses it offers in the institution by the National Board For Technical Education.

A statement by the institution’s Protocol, Media/Public Relations Officer, Sola Lawal, said the approval was contained in a letter by NBTE addressed to the Rector, Dr. John Adekolawole.

Lawal said the accreditation of courses that the institution secured cut across Ordinary National  Diploma and Higher National Diploma respectively.

The statement listed some of the courses that were accredited as, ND Library and Information Science, HND Computer Science, ND Computer Science, HND Science Laboratory Technology(Biochemistry), HND Science Laboratory Technology

(Physics with Electronics), HND Statistics, ND Statistics and ND Geology and  HND Science Laboratory Technology (Chemistry) among others.

The statement read in parts, “The National Board For Technical Education,  has granted full accreditation to several courses in the Federal  Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State, cutting across Ordinary National  Diploma and Higher National Diploma respectively.”
