PLASU Post UTME Form 2022/23 & 2023/24 Sessions [Supplementary]

This is to inform all candidates who applied for admission into Plateau State University, Bokkos, through the JAMB UTME and Direct Entry (DE) that the University has released the supplementary admission list of candidates admitted for the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 academic sessions.

The supplementary list of successful candidates and registration procedure are available on the University’s Notice Boards as well as the University’s website: http://www.plasu.edu.ng.

The registration of candidates admitted in the supplementary list commences on Monday 18th March, 2024 to Friday, 22nd March, 2024. No late registration for this category of students as lectures are already in progress.

Meanwhile, candidate who were admitted in the first list and are yet to print their admission letters are advised to accept the offer on JAMB portal and print their admission letters accordingly.

Candidates Eligible to Apply for PLASU Post UTME

The screening exercise is open to:

• Candidates who chose Plateau State University, Bokkos as their “First Choice” and scored 170 and above in the 2022 JAMB UTME and 160 and above in the 2023 JAMB UTME.
• Candidates who chose Plateau State University, Bokkos as their “First Choice” in the 2022, 2023 JAMB Direct Entry (DE) application and have any of the following qualifications:
  • Degrees,
  • Higher National Diploma (HND),
  • National Diploma (with a minimum of Lower Credit), and
  • IJMB (with a minimum of 7 points).

How to Apply for PLASU Post UTME

The screening will be done online, following the procedure outlined below:

PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION FOR JAMB POST-UTME:

• Visit the University portal: sis.plasu.edu.ng.
• Select from the menu option Application forms and click “UTME/DE APPLICATION”
• Please fill in Jamb Reg No to verify.
• You are expected to enter a Valid/Active email address as used in your Jamb registration. Also, enter a good password and confirm the password.
• A Confirmation Link will be sent to your email address.
• Click the confirmation Link to log in and complete the application process.
• Click the button “Click to make payment” and an RRR will be generated.
• For those who want to make a card payment through Remita click the button “Proceed To Payment”. For cash payment, Copy the RRR number and visit the nearest bank to make payment.
• Pay a non-refundable screening fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00).
• Upload a Recent Passport (Max file size is 150kb. Allowed file types: png, jpg, jpeg).
• Submit the best Five (5) O-Level subjects (as in JAMB brochure requirements for PLASU) and their grades). This should not be more than two (2) seating SSCE/O-Level results.
• Registration is complete and the slip is ready for printing.

PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION FOR DIRECT ENTRY SCREENING:

The screening will be done online, following the procedure outlined below:

• Visit the University portal: sis.plasu.edu.ng.
• Select from the menu option Application forms and click “UTME/DE APPLICATION”
• Please fill in Jamb Reg No to verify.
• You are expected to enter a Valid/Active email address as used in your Jamb registration. Also, enter a good password and confirm the password.
• A Confirmation Link will be sent to your email address.
• Click the confirmation Link to log in and complete the application process.
• Click the button “Click to make payment” and an RRR will be generated.
• For those who want to make a card payment through Remita click the button “Proceed To Payment”. For cash payment, Copy the RRR number and visit the nearest bank to make payment.
• Pay a non-refundable screening fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00).
• Upload a Recent Passport (Max file size is 150kb. Allowed file types: png, jpg, jpeg).
• Submit the best Five (5) O-Level subjects (as in JAMB brochure requirements for PLASU) and their grades). This should not be more than two (2) seating SSCE/O-Level results.
• Also, fill in your Direct entry Academic Qualification; Name of Institution Qualification Name, Discipline, Grade.
• Registration is complete and the slip is ready for printing.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Please note that candidates offered provisional admission based on wrong information will not be registered and may be liable to prosecution.
• All candidates are required to adhere to the above-stated procedure, please.

NOTE: Candidates are to note that there shall be no physical screening. Only successful applicants would be required to present the following

• ​​Receipt for payment of post UTME screening fee
• UTME Result
• Original O-level result (Not more than two (2) sittings)
• Original Indigene form
• Original Birth Certificate/Declaration of age
• Signed UTME Registration Slip.

Please note that  there would be no physical screening or examination.

BEWARE OF FRAUDSTERS/CYBERCRIME

Candidates and indeed members of the public should beware of fraudsters who may be fronting as agents of the University to dupe innocent and unsuspecting candidates and members of the general public under the pretense of offering admission to them.

The University wishes to make it abundantly clear that admission into the University is done directly by the University and JAMB and NOT through any third party or agent, please.
