Federal University of Education Zaria Screening/Documentation Exercise for Newly Admitted Students 2025/2026 academic session.


All newly admitted Undergraduate students of the Federal University of Education, Zaria, for the 2025/2026 Academic Session are hereby informed that the screening and documentation exercise will commence on Monday, 19th January, 2026.
*Venue: Academic Office, Federal University of Education, Zaria.
What to Bring
Students are required to present originals and photocopies of the following documents:
- JAMB Slip and JAMB Result Slip
- JAMB Admission Letter
- University Admission Letter
- O’Level Certificate /Statement of Result / Online Printout (for UTME candidates)
- O-Level and NCE Certificates (for Direct Entry candidates)
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Indigenisation
- Letter of good conduct from a reputable person
- Copy of Screening Form
- Evidence of Payment of Registration Fee
- Registration Number printout from the University Portal
- Scratch Card for O-Level Result Verification 13) Recent Passport Photographs (6 copies)
All concerned students are advised to comply strictly with the above requirements, as failure to do so may result in disqualification from the exercise.
