KASU Post UTME Form 2025/2026 [UPDATED]

The Kaduna State University, Kaduna (KASU) Post UTME Form for the 2025/2026 academic session is out. Their Direct Entry (DE) form is also out.

LATEST UPDATE: EXTENSION OF POST-UTME SCREENING

This is to inform all prospective candidates that the Post-UTME registration portal of Kaduna State University has been reopened to allow fresh applications from those who were unable to complete their registration during the initial exercise.

Registration is open from Tuesday, August 5, 2025, to Thursday, August 15, 2025.

Candidates Eligible to Apply for KASU Post UTME.

• Prospective candidates must have a minimum of Five (5) relevant passes at Credit level in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) conducted by recognized Examination Bodies in not more than Two (2) sittings, including a pass at credit level in English and Mathematics.
• Prospective candidates must have sat for the UTME Examinations, chose KASU as first choice, and must have scored a minimum of 170. However there are some faculties that requires higher cut-off mark.

• Five relevant credit passes including English Language and Mathematics, at the O-Levels obtained in not more than 2 sittings from any approved examination bodies.
• DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES: A Level, Diploma etc and kaduna state university as first choice.

Please Note: There willno examination for DE Candidates. After the registration, you pray your name appears on KASU admission list.

How to Apply for KASU Post UTME Form.

STEP 1: 

• Visit the official application portal(https://applicant.safapply.com/kasu) of Kaduna State University from your computer OR Mobile phone.

STEP 2: CREATING ACCOUNT

• Enter your JAMB registration number to check your eligibility status in the space labeled JAMB Registration Number and click the Check Eligibility button.
• From the result of previous step displayed, click More Information Button. From the pop-up display, click the Apply button iv. Click the Create New Account Button if applying for the first time, otherwise click Log in to Your Account. Provide your basic details or simply register with your Google Mail Account.

NOTE: 

• All Eligible candidates MUST upload their O’ Level Results on JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) at an approved JAMB CBT Centre before consideration for admission.
• Kindly provide a valid and unique email address and phone number (the email address and phone number provided will be used in subsequent communication with you).

STEP 3: PAYMENT

• Verify and validate the information you provided and proceed to make payment. Eligible candidates are to pay the sum of 2,000.00 (excluding bank charges) for the screening and aptitude test through the payment options provided on the application portal.

STEP 4: UPLOADS

• Provide details of your O-level result in NOT more than two (2) sittings if available.
• In addition to the above, DE applicants are expected to provide details of A-level results.
• You will be required to upload all copies of the above results and preferably the certificates if available. All other credentials are to be uploaded (Birth certificate, indigenization certificate, primary school certificate and UTME exam’s result).
• Also, you will be required to upload your passport photograph and signature.

STEP 5: APPLICATION SUBMISSION

• Declaration: select the agree option to accept that all information provided are valid and that any false information provide renders your application null for consideration of admission.
• Preview you application. Click the submit button.

Important Things to Note About KASU Post UTME Registration

Kindly note the following:

• All eligible candidates MUST upload their O’Level results on JAMB Central Admission Processing System. (CAPS) before consideration for Admission.
• Kindly provide a valid and unique email address and phone number (the email address and Phone number provided will be used in subsequent communication with you. Failure to provide a valid phone number and email address is at the applicant’s risk of securing admission into the University).
• All documents uploaded will be used for student registration/screening exercise after JAMB admission had been offered. The 2024/2025 screening/registration exercise will be mainly done online ie. non-physical.
• Successful candidates will be contacted via email to update their application form if any information or document is missing.
• After provisional offer of admission, successful payment of acceptance and tuition fees, candidates will only need to seek guidance from their respective level coordinators for elective courses (where applicable) to complete course registration.
• After successful registration, students’ registration kit (ID card, lab coat, etc.) will be available for collection.
