FUHSO Remedial Admission Form 2025/2026 Session is Out [UPDATED]

The Federal University of Health Sciences , Otukpo, FUHSO Remedial Sciences and IJMB Programme Admission Form For 2025/2026 Academic Session now on Sale. The Form Cost N10, 000. The Closing Date Is 30th November 2025.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Remedial Science Programme of the University for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidates must possess at least a minimum of 3 ‘O’ LEVEL Credits in WASC/SSCE/NECO/GCE results or its equivalent in the following subjects:

• Mathematics
• English Language
• Chemistry
• Physics
• Either Biology or Agricultural Science or Geography

Programme Details:

The Remedial Programme is strictly for Science Students who want to study any of the following programmes:

1. MBBS (Medicine & Surgery)
2. Pharm.D. Doctor of Pharmacy
3. BNSC. Nursing Science
4. B.ML5. Medical Laboratory Science
5. BSC Public Health & Epidemiology
6. BSC Biochemistry
7. B.Sc. Microbiology
8. B.Sc Computer Science
9. BSC Chemistry
10. B.Sc. Zoological Science
11. B.Sc Medical Physics
12. B.Sc. Biostatistics
13. B.Sc. Mathematics

Additional Benefits:

In addition to remedying deficiencies, the 2025/2026 FUHSO Remedial Sciences program will:

• Conduct JAMB/UMTE clinic to enable Candidates be well prepared through intensive teaching/coaching from Monday to Friday for 2026/2027 JAMB/UTME examination.
• Prepare Candidates through Nine (9) Months intensive programme of Teaching and Laboratory exercise in the subjects to be better fit for the relevant 100 Level Degree programme in FUHSO.

Placement into Degree Programmes:

Placement into the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo Degree programmes will be automatic for those who participate in the FUHSO Remedial Sciences programme, provided the Candidate successfully completes the programme and:

• a. Obtains a minimum of 50% in each subject taken with proven 75% attendance during teaching and laboratory periods,
• b. Chooses the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo as first choice in JAMB/UTME; and
• c. Obtains the University’s cut-off mark for the course of choice (which may be reviewed every academic year).

• Interested applicants are required to pay the sum of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) non-refundable fee for application through remita in favour of Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (Name of service/purpose: Student Charges).

• Fill the online registration form; attach credentials and proof of payment; and
• Verify and click submit button to complete the registration.

Closing Date: The sale of application forms commenced from Thursday 9 October to Sunday 30 November, 2025.
