FUNAAB Post UTme form 2026: The Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB) Post UTME Form for 2026/2027 Academic Session is now on sale. The Closing Date is Friday, 31st July, 2026. The FUNAAB direct entry form is also on sale.

Applicants seeking undergraduate admission into 100, 200, or 300 Levels at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), who have chosen the University as their Most Preferred Institution with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), are invited to apply online for the 2026/2027 Pre-Admission Screening Exercise. Registration commences on Tuesday, 2nd June 2026 and will end on 31st July 2026

Admission into the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta FUNAAB is very competitive and involves the following processes:

  • Online Admission Application on FUNAAB WEBSITE.
  • Pre-Admission Screening Exercise (Computer-based) – UTME and DE candidates.

Successful candidates within the capacity of our institution will be offered admission and required to undergo an intensive ICT Training and Orientation Programme to prepare them for life in FUNAAB.

Candidates Eligible for FUNAAB Pre-Admission Screening Exercises

UTME Candidates

  • Candidates must have chosen the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) as Most Preferred Institution on the prescribed form obtained from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), sat for the 2026/2027 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 160 marks.
  • and those who applied for Direct Entry (DE) admission into FUNAAB with awaiting JUPEB/A’level Results are hereby notified that the process for shortlisting, admission through JAMB CAPS and screening for the 2026/2027 academic session.

DE Candidates

Candidates, with minimum of Upper-Credit or its equivalent, who have also applied to JAMB for admission and chosen the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) as Most Preferred Institution.

The Pre-Admission Screening Exercise is a mandatory requirement for both. Direct Entry and UTME admissions into the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB).

All eligible candidates, who should not be less than 16 years by September 30, 2026, are to visit the University website: https://admission.funaab.edu.ng/2026 to register for the screening as from Tuesday, 24 June, 2026 after making a payment of Five Thousand Naira (N2,000 for POST-UTME REGISTRATION and N3,000 for PORTAL ACCESS FEE) only. Payment should be made online on the University Screening Portal.

How to Apply for FUNAAB Post UTME / DE Screening

Your application is in various stages.

Stage A (Expression of Interest): by inputting your 10-digit JAMB Registration Number, a form is displayed to obtain basic information about you which will be used to generate your Pre-Admission Screening Application Invoice of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000) only excluding REMITA charges. Print the Invoice and proceed to any Bank accepting REMITA payment (nationwide) for payment, or pay Online through Internet Banking or Debit Card.

Stage B (Application): Stage B (Application): at this stage your bio-data, photographs, academic records and other relevant information are collected over several pages. Ensure you save each page as you proceed. You can logout at any stage of the process and pick up from where you stopped later. On the last page (Acknowledgement Page) you will be required to confirm the accuracy of the information supplied. Ensure you carefully review your entry before submission. Note that after submission, you CANNOT readily make any alteration. On submission, print your generated Application Form

NOTE: Ensure you read the Guideline for Registration, Eligibility for Pre-Admission Screening Exercise, UTME information and Direct Entry information before progressing. You may NOT be able to complete your application without meeting the requirements.

  • Visit https://admission.funaab.edu.ng/2026, and login with your UTME Registration number;
  • Generate Application Invoice for payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (2,000) only for POST-UTME REGISTRATION and N3,000 for PORTAL ACCESS FEE, excluding REMITA charges;
  • After successful payment, candidates are to return to the University’s Admission Portal, log in and complete the e- application form as appropriate;
  • Candidates are expected to carefully review their application and confirm the entries before clicking on the Submit button.
  • Print out the registration slip.

General Instructions to all Candidates

  • Candidates are advised to correctly upload all their O’Level results on the portal. A maximum of two (2) sittings is allowed.
  • FUNAAB accepts WAEC, NECO and NABTEB O’Level results.
  • DE Candidates are required to have submitted their transcript (OND/HND/NCE candidates) to the Registrar, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta not later than Friday, 31st July, 2026.
  • Candidates with wrong UTME subject combination are required to change to appropriate courses before registration.
  • It is compulsory for all candidates to participate in the online screening exercise to qualify them for consideration for admission by the University.

Correction of Application Form on FUNAAB Portal

This information is ONLY applicable to candidates who have successfully completed and SUBMITTED their application before the closing date of the application but

Correction of wrongly entered data attracts a fee of One Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (₦1,500) only as penalty and can be effected online not later than the closing date of the application. Click here for details

No complaint of wrong contact details, O’Level results, OND/HND/NCE/A-Level/IJMB/JUPEB results shall be entertained after.

Candidates who up-load wrong O’Level results and/or UTME/OND/HND/NCE/A’Level/IJMB/JUPEB results will be automatically disqualified.

NOTE:

Candidates also have the opportunity of expressing interest in the Part-time (weekday evenings) option of their preferred course if available. Further details on the Part-time programmes are available at FUNAAB Part-Time Portal

Only candidates with completed application before the stipulated deadline will be considered.

You have the SOLE responsibility of ensuring that you meet the minimum admission requirements before making payment. If at any point it is discovered that you do NOT meet the minimum admission requirements, such offer of admission shall be withdrawn and payment made is NON-REFUNDABLE.

NOTE: It is your responsibility to ensure your correction is properly effected.

General Information

  • Candidate seeking admission into the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta should note that they have the SOLE responsibility of ensuring that they meet the requirements before making any payment. If at any point it is discovered that the candidate does NOT meet the minimum admission requirements, such offer of admission shall be withdrawn and payment made is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Admission into Agriculture, Engineering, Biosciences, Physical Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Courses:
    UTME CANDIDATES
    : In addition to conditions stated in the Eligibility for Admission, candidates are expected to possess five (5) SSC Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology at not more than two (2) sittings.
    DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES: In addition to the minimum UTME requirement specified at O’Level, candidates seeking admission by Direct Entry are expected to possess a minimum of UPPER CREDIT at ND or HND and CREDIT at NCE for admissions into related areas from a recognized institution. At least two A-Level/IJMB/JUPEB passes in the following: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Biology/Zoology/Botany are acceptable for admission into 200 Level.
  • A Pass in Physics at O-Level is acceptable ONLY for courses in Agricultural Programmes.
  • A Pass in Biology with Credit in Agricultural Science is acceptable ONLY for courses in Agricultural Programmes. The University does not accept Agricultural Science in lieu of Biology.
  • Candidates applying for Water Resources Management should also possess a Credit in Geography.
  • Applicants are advised to confirm the Admission Requirements into respective Degree Programmes before logging in to fill the e-application form. For details Check: FUNAAB Courses and Requirements.
  • Applications for refund on losing admissions offer will not be entertained. It is the responsibility of candidates to ensure they meet the minimum admission requirements before making payment for admission application.
