AE FUNAI update on 100L and DE student ID card capturing [UPDATED]

Federal University, Ndufu-alike FUNAI notice to all 100 level students

Recall that on 23rd July, 2023, a memo was released mandating all 100 level and Direct entry students to fill an online form for student ID card data capture. Regrettably the response has been very slow as we have only produced 1350 students ID card for 100 level and Direct entry students. This is unacceptable despite several warnings and deadlines.

The University Management has directed that due to the increasing cases of examination Malpractice, Deans, HODS and invigilators should not allow any student without valid school ID card into the examination halls during the forthcoming 2022/2023 second semester examination.

All 100 level and Direct entry students are by this notice requested to go online and fill the form as directed in their own interest. Deadline is 15th November, 2023. Note that there with be no further extension after this deadline. Please be guided accordingly.

Deans, HoDs, Lecturers and Invigilators will be duly informed to ensure that only students with valid school ID Card will be allowed into the examination halls.

YEAR ONE AE-FUNAI STUDENT IDCARD DATA CAPTURING

To capture for student ID Card

• Go to http://www.idcard100.funai.edu.ng and click on Sign Up menu on the top right corner of the page.
• Fill the form correctly and take note of your password.
• Sign in with your matriculation number or your email as login ID and enter your password,
• Fill the ID Card data capturing form correctly and upload your passport and signature “NOTE BY: Your passport should be on plain background and also crop to only show your face boldly, your shoulder is not needed. below is a sample of how your passport should look and your signature should be on white background only, stripe background like 80 leaves background wouldn’t be accepted, sign on A4 paper, snap and crop to contain only the signature. Below is a sample of how your signature should look like.
• Go through your form to ensure that every data entered is correct before clicking the submit button
• Sign in after one working day to print your ID Card Approved form to submit at Dean Students Affair Office. But if rejected kindly make the necessary correction.
