FUNATO Hostels Accommodation Fees 2026 Announced

The Federal University of Agriculture and Technology Okeho, FUNATO Hostels Accommodation Fees 2026 has been Announced .

The Senate, at its meeting of Wednesday, March 4, 2026, discussed issues on the hostel accommodation for students and approved the utilization of the following designated buildings as university hostels at the rate indicated below:

  Location: Isemi-Ile Road (500m) (Female Hostel)
  Number of Rooms/Students: 8/58

• Hostel Name: FUNATO HALLELUYAH HOSTEL
  Location: Ajelanwa Area (3km) (Female Hostel)
  Number of Rooms/Students: 6/30
  Amount (N): 80,000
• Hostel Name: FUNATO KONA AKE 1 HOSTEL
  Location: Okeho-Iseyin Road 2.5km (Male)
  Number of Rooms/Students: 16/64
  Amount (N): 80,000
• Hostel Name: FUNATO KONA AKE 11 HOSTEL
  Location: Okeho-Iseyin Road (2.5km) (Female Hostel)
  Number of Rooms/Students: 7/36
  Amount (N): 80,000
• Hostel Name: FUNATO ABURI HOSTEL
  Location: Behind ADS School (500m) (Male)
  Number of Rooms/Students: 10/40

Senate agreed on the above rates, noting that the university hostels will have 24 hours solar-powered electricity, University security personnel, porters and portable water.

The Senate also decided that students should be made to pay caution fees of N20,000.00 across board.
