FUOTUOKE Part-Time Admission Form 2024/2025 is Out [UPDATED]

The Federal University Otuoke, FUOTUOKE Part-Time Admission Form for the 2024/2025 Academic Session is now on sale. The form cost N15,000. The closing date to apply is 30th June, 2024.

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admissions into the various Part-Time Degree programmes of the Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) for the 2024/2025 academic session.

How to Apply for FUOTUOKE Part-time Form

Candidates are to make a Non-refundable payment of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) only by using an Interswitch Verve enabled or Master card for the application form.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES FOR PART-TIME ONLINE APPLICATION

Candidates can conveniently complete the application form by logging on to https://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng and fill out all the forms appropriately. They are to upload their:

1. Passport Photograph
2. First Sitting O’Level Result
3. Second Sitting O’Level Result [where applicable]
4. Birth Certificate or Age Declaration, and
5. LGA Identification Letter

They are to submit their application and print out their application summary page.They are to forward duplicate copies of the summary page and photocopies of the uploaded documents to the Admissions Office of the Centre for Continuing Education, Federal University Otuoke.

CLOSING DATE: Completed Application Forms are to be submitted ONLINE not later than 30th June, 2024.
