1. O LEVEL / STATEMENT OF RESULT

I believe we all know what this means we’ll if not let me explain the key points. Futa need you to provide your original Waec result if you couldn’t get that then you go to your secondary school you wrote the exam and ask them for Waec or neco Statement of result.

They will issue one for you carrying the school stamp or signature that will serve as proof to Futa that your o level is verified

BUT I WROTE GCE HOW DO I GET MY RESULT

Ans : Inorder to get this you have to go to the WAEC office of the state you wrote the GCE Exam and such offices are usually located at the state capital for example Lagos state you can get your own at ikeja same applies to other states or you can try the ministry or education close to you they might be of help

Will I pay money for the Original WAEC result?

Ans : Well unfortunately, Most private school request for money even if they to issue you statement of result .But as for government schools is under doubt for them to Request for money

2. JAMB ADMISSION LETTER

This is the most important credentials will all admitted must present during clearance

• Its the only authentic way the institution can be sure you didn’t get your admission through illegal means
• It’s verifies that truly Jamb intiated the admission to you
• It’s also show that you truly sat for that year jamb and was given admission successfully.

Like I said Earlier this is a very important document which all freshers must come along with during clearance
Without this admission letter You might end up wasting years in institution as when you in 500Level you must present it before you can Graduate

3. BIRTH CERTIFICATE

This is the certificate being given to your parents at the hospital after you being given birth to It’s entails all the date you where given birth to venue and all

4. DECLARATION OF AGE:

This is when you don’t have a birth certificate you then go ahead and prove your real identity by swearing an oath in the court of your real age

Requirements and Procedures for Obtaining a Declaration of Age in Nigeria:
You will need to go to the High Court with a passport photograph. Please note that the court must have jurisdiction within the state where the attestation is being processed.

• Sworn affidavit under oath at a High Court, or Chief Magistrate Court
• Name
• Address
• Date of Birth
• Sex
• Religion
• Nationality

Once complete, you will receive an original declaration of age certification stamped by the Commissioner for Oaths. According to some sources, an older relative of the person applying for a declaration of age must be present to attest to the date of birth of the applicant. However, I can think of many cases where this is not possible (orphans, or someone living Away from their state of origin, etc)

5 STATE OF ORIGIN CERTIFICATE

Concerning this is a very long process but this is just to verify that you truly an origin of that state.

Like I said earlier it’s a very long process Your parents are the ones who can actually help you obtain this in your state local government area

Just go to your state local government area secretariat or High court also can do it or direct you

CONCLUSION
The good thing about is that it can be done on your behalf at your state local government but they will need your passport but that can be scanned through email (technology is getting better) So start disturbing your parents for it

6. ATTESTATION LETTER

This is a short letter written by any of your parents or guardians or any other person in a recognizable position of authority who knows you well enough (e.g Lawyer , pastorv, Traditional ruler or any office holder etc.) . The letter addressed to the registrar of the university should simply attest that you will be of good behavior and abide by the university rules and regulations

7. FUTA ADMISSION LETTER ATTESTATION LETTER STATE OF ORIGIN CERTIFICATE DECLARATION OF AGE: BIRTH CERTIFICATE JAMB ADMISSION LETTER

This is the letter you printed out that carries the registar Signature to congratulate you of you being successful given admission.
The letter is given on the school portal after successful payment of your acceptance fee.

8. JAMB ORIGINAL RESULT/ RESULT SLIP

I believe most of you think you don’t have business with jamb anymore but wait you not yet through with jamb

Don’t worry you safe

All you need to get is your jamb original result or the one that carries out your jamb score but original is preferable and should be coloured please

9 PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH

I believe they nothing we do that is official that doesn’t require passport me self am tired

Well either White or Red background is Okay depends on the one you have but strictly take as many passport you can of Same pics at least 40 should be enough .Let it be clear and presentable

10 TESTIMONIAL

It seems we are still needing our secondary school just like we need jamb

Again you have to go back to your secondary school to get this

This is a letter that will be issued by your secondary school about your behavior

If your behavior was naught I don’t know
but for sure your school can’t recommend a bad letter they will surely want your success
Just go to your school explain to them your university request for a recommendation letter base on your behavior and they type it and hand it over to you
