The Kaduna State Schools Quality Assurance Authority (KSSQAA) wishes to inform all principals of public and private secondary schools, proprietors, parents/guardians, and other relevant stakeholders that the online portal for the 2025 SS II QE and SAIQE registration will open on Monday, 12th May, 2025 and close on Monday, 2nd June, 2025. The Qualifying (Mock) Examinations are designed to prepare current Senior Secondary II (SS II) students for their upcoming 2025/2026 Senior School Certificate Examinations (SSCE).

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES & FEES
- PUBLIC SCHOOL CANDIDATES: Registration is free of charge.
- PRIVATE SCHOOL CANDIDATES: Registration at a fee of N5,000 per candidate.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE: FOR ALL CANDIDATES (Public & Private Schools)
- Visit the official Kaduna State Schools Quality Assurance Authority website: https://kssqaa.org.
- Navigate to the Examinations section and select SS II QE or SAIQE, as appropriate.
- Log in with your username and password from the previous year or create a new account if you don’t have one.
- Request PINs for your candidates by clicking the “Request” button. Once approved, the allocated PINs will be displayed in your dashboard.
- Register students for the selected examination.
- Access the Continuous Assessment (CA) module, select the relevant exam, and enter the students’ CA scores.
- Manage the subject entries, review entries, and ensure accurate submission.
OFFLINE REGISTRATION OPTION
Schools may also use the offline version of the registration app:
- Go to the “Guidelines” menu on the website to download and install the offline registration software.
- Ensure your requested PINs match the number of candidates being registered offline. Request additional PINs before syncing to avoid registration issues.
POST-REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Once registration ends, schools will be able to download photo albums and exam cards for their candidates.
- Schools should frequently check the “Calendar” section on the portal for key dates and updates.
- A step-by-step guide is available under the “Guidelines” menu.
- Schools may request Gazettes through the platform after the release of examination results.
