Lagos State University, LASU School Of Part-time Registration & Payment Procedure 2023/2024 Academic Session.

LASU procedures for payment and registration of online courses for newly admitted students into  LASU school of part-time studies (SPTS) for 2023/2024 academic session

All newly admitted Part-Time undergraduate students are to note the following:

  • 1. All admitted candidates in the 2023/2024 academic session are expected to participate in the online admissions clearance, otherwise known as LACACA.
  • 2. Only students who have reached 100% on the LACACA operations platform will be assigned matriculation numbers.
  • 3. Only students who have been assigned matriculation numbers will be able to perform all the payments and online registration procedures.
  • 4. Matriculation numbers can be checked by browsing the university website (www.lasu.edu.ng),  select the STUDENT tab, and then click on CHECK MATRIC NUMBER.
  • 5. Ensure payment of school fee.
  • 6. Ensure payment of GNS Compendium (Workshop/Seminar) fee; Matriculation Fee; Practical/Workshop/Laboratory fee (for all students admitted into programmes that make use of Laboratory/workshop facilities)

STAGE ONE

  • i. Visit LASU website www.lasu.edu.ng
  • ii. Point to STUDENT tab
  • iii. Click on PAYMENT SERVICES
  • iv. Click LASU CONSULT
  • v. Select PART-TIME DEGREE GNS COMPENDIUM (WORKSHOP/SEMINAR)
  • vi. Continue with the procedure until a successful payment is made.
  • vii. Repeat  steps I – V as appropriate

STAGE TWO

  • Visit LASU website www.lasu.edu.ng
  • Point to STUDENT tab
  • Click on PAYMENT SERVICES
  • Click PART-TIME DEGREE, OJO
  • Continue with the procedure until a successful payment of school fee is made.

ONLINE COURSES REGISTRATION

  • ✓ Visit LASU website www.lasu.edu.ng
  • ✓ Point to STUDENTS tab
  • ✓ Click on COURSE REGISTRATION
  • ✓ Click on SPTS COURSE REG
  • ✓ On the course registration page, click on Create Account
  • ✓ Input your MATRICULATION NUMBER
  • ✓ On the successful verification, you will be required to choose a password, then click the submit button.
  • ✓ On successful creation of an account, navigate to the login page
  • ✓ All students are to read and agree to the LASU Code of Conduct by checking the checkbox
  • ✓ Enter your login details and CLICK THE LOGIN BUTTON
  • ✓ Complete your courses registration and print the Course Registration Form
  • ✓ Submit all the printed documents to your Department for the endorsement by the HoD. 

*Unsigned course form shall not be recognised as evidence of registration.

*ONLY REGISTERED STUDENTS WILL BE ISSUED IDENTIFICATION CARD, PERMITTED TO WRITE EXAMINATIONS AND HAVE SEMESTER RESULTS.

Students are advised to avoid using proxy for all their payments and ensure printing of transaction receipt after each successful payment.
