LASUSTECH Indigeneship Verification Exercise 2024/2025 [Updated]

Lagos State University of Science and Technology, (LASUSTECH), Ikorodu Indigeneship Verification Exercise For 2024/2025 Academic Session will commence on Monday, 5th August, 2024 and close on Tuesday, 17th September 2024

All Candidates of Lagos State origin who chose Lagos State University of Science and Technology as their First Choice in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) and scored a minimum of 180 are hereby informed of the commencement of the State of Origin Verification Exercise (SOVE) for the 2024/2025 admission exercise.

All Candidates of Lagos State origin who chose Lagos State University of Science and Technology as their First Choice in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) and scored a minimum of 180 who are yet to undergo the State of Origin Verification Exercise (SOVE) are hereby informed that the exercise will recommence as follows:

The SOVE Registration Exercise has started and will contitunue till Tuesday, 17th September 2024

The recommended Verification Interview will run as follows:

Wednesday, 18th September to Thursday, 19th September 2024.

The interview date for each candidate will be specified on the application form.

Please NOTE that the SOVE does not guarantee or serve as proof of admission into the Lagos State University of Science and Technology.

PLEASE NOTE that this is an update to the earlier information released on the SOVE exercise

The SOVE Registration Exercise will start on Monday, 5th August, 2024 as earlier informed and close on Wednesday, 14th August 2024, while the Verification Interview will now run as follows:

(i) Monday, 12th August to Wednesday, 14th August. 2024

The date of the interview for each candidate will be specified on the application form.

Thursday. 15th August to Friday, 16th August 2024 (for mop-up only)

GENERAL INFORMATION

Please NOTE that ONLY Candidates who are of Lagos State Origin are eligible for the screening exercise. Candidates in this category are expected to be CLEARED by the State of Origin Verification Committee (SOVC) BEFORE they can process their POST UTME Screening forms.

• Local government letter of indigene
• Letter of Oba
• Evidence of Landed property
• Candidate 2 passport photographs
• JAMB slip
• SSCE results
