Lady dies in Nigerian Law School over alleged Medical Negligence

A Law student has died in Nigerian Law school over an allgeded medical negligence.

Nnena Amadi, the young student allegedly died in the Lagos Campus of the school, Trendinghub.ng reports.

According to sources, on Thursday 11 August, the young lady suffered from Asthma and was rushed to the school’s medical center.

However, on reaching the clinic, because there was only one nurse and no oxygen, the student was given an injection, something that couldn’t sustain her.

She was then rushed to another hospital where she was confirmed dead on arrival.

It was yesterday we found out that she was asthmatic because before she died all she kept saying was ‘I can’t breathe!’.

Our law school’s clinic has only one nurse, instead of giving her oxygen they gave her injection because they didn’t have oxygen. She was later rushed to another hospital where she was confirmed dead on arrival.

The most painful part of it is that the school is acting nonchalant about it. Nnena lost her dad while she was in law school. He died sometime in April this year.
