Makurdi College of Nursing Sciences (MAKCONS) Benue State General Nursing Admission Form 2026/2027 is now on Sale. The closing date is 25TH AUGUST, 2026. The cut-off mark is 150 and above.

The management of Benue State College of Nursing Sciences, Makurdi has announced the commencement of the sale of admission forms for the 2026/2027 academic session. The admission is open for candidates interested in the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing Sciences.

Benue State College of Nursing Sciences, Makurdi Admission Requirements

Post Basic Nursing Programme

  • Candidates must possess a Registered Midwife (RM) Certificate.
  • Applicants must have at least five (5) credit passes in:
    • English Language
    • Mathematics
    • Biology
    • Chemistry
    • Physics
  • Results must be obtained in not more than two sittings from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB.
  • Note: NABTEB result cannot be combined with another examination body.

National Diploma (ND) Nursing Sciences

  • Candidates must have a UTME cut-off mark of 150 and above.
  • Applicants must possess at least five (5) credit passes in:
    • English Language
    • Mathematics
    • Biology
    • Chemistry
    • Physics
  • Results must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
  • Note: NABTEB cannot be combined with another examination body.

  • National Diploma Nursing Sciences: 20,000.00

The Aptitude test shall be held at the Benue State College of Nursing Sciences Makurdi at 8:00am – 4:00pm daily
